Founded by Matt Leek, a licensed FIFA and RFU Agent, Parmenion Sports Management was built on the belief that elite athlete managment must extend beyond contracts and performance metrics.
With over 15 years of cross-sector experience in elite sport, education, and personal development, our team brings unparalleled expertise in guiding athletes through the complexities of professional sport - both on and off the field.
